Pageant OK'd to return to Becker County Fair in 2020 | Detroit Lakes Tribune

Becky Schmitz has been working with previous titleholders and contestants of the Miss/Jr. Miss Becker County Fair Pageant to bring the pageant back for the 2020 fair. Schmitz got the OK at the Becker County Fair board meeting in September.

We are honored to be the recipients of Detroit Lakes Regional Chamber of Commerce's Beacon Award! The award is defined as "a regional advocate, this longstanding repeat performer will be recognized for their willingness to step-up, participate, and lead." Directors Roger Winter & Sharon Leegard accepted the award on behalf of the Board.

Becker County Fair

The inaugural April Stenger Memorial Volleyball Tournament was a huge success with 9 teams participating. We ❤ VB won the competitive side and 1 Hit Wonders won the fun bracket. Nancy Stenger won $86 in the split-the-pot drawing. We'll see you all again in 2020!
